Cheese Plates

You Can choose from a 1, 2, or 3 Cheese Plate

• Brie - very soft cow's milk cheese, earthy and savory, white edible "mold" rind.  Great with acidic and fruity whites or fruity reds
• Manchego- Firm sheeps milk cheese, slightly salty, creamy flavor with tanginess.  The Creamy flavor is great with Chardonnay's, European Whites and Soft Pinot Noir's.
• Brazos Valley Smoked Gouda - semi-soft cow's milk cheese, mild and slightly nutty flavor, pairing well with big Cabs and blends
• Blueberry Havarti- Made from raw cow milk this creamy cheese is aged 2 to 6 months and melds smooth texture with a unique "Sweet to Tart" transition.  The wild blueberries ad a pleasantly suprising finish
• Roasted Pecan and Horseraddish Cheddar - Mix roasted pecans from our native trees and zesy horseraddish into our white cheddar to create this outstanding blend of flavors in a raw cow milk favorite
