Private Cellar Tasting

Join us for a private wine tasting event in our "cellar" tasting room.  For this guided tasting, we will present five wines to you and your guests.  We will briefly discuss each wine and then allow time for you to discuss your own  impressions and make notes on our tasting sheets.  Enjoy a selection of gourmet cheeses while you taste. 

Our cozy cellar can accomodate from 2 - 8 people comfortably.   Relax and settle in as we dim the lights, light some candles, and create a soothing wine-tasting experience, just for you.

A private tasting makes a wonderful gift.  We can issue a certificate for a tasting for you to present to someone special or have us send a certificate on your behalf.  Just call the store or order on-line from our "Gift Ideas" web page.

For our standard tasting event, we will select 5 wines for you to taste, a combination of whites and reds.  General preferences are gladly accommodated - for example, if you prefer all whites or all reds, just let us know.  Reservations are required to ensure availability of the cellar.*

Custom tastings and other events are also welcome.  If you have a theme or specific wines you would like to feature (such as "Spanish Wine and Tapas Tasting", "California Reds", "Sparkling Wines", etc.) we would be delighted to work with you to design an event.  Larger groups are welcome at our tasting bar or section of reserved tables.  Just let us know what you have in mind or ask us for suggestions!  Prices for custom events vary.

*Reservations secured with a credit card are required, with a $25 deposit.  You may reschedule or cancel with a full refund up to 24 hours in advance.   Cancellations within 24 hours will receive a refund less the $25 deposit.
