VINO 100 COOKOFF
A Customer Cookoff: $10 to just come in and be a judge and taste the food.
If you want to Play (compete)

Each month there are 2 teams of 2 people, who will prepare 2 Courses, an appetizer and an entree.

Each team will be given $25 and a Bottle of Wine. Each team can spend how ever much they want, but will be provided only $25 to cover expenses for all ingredients, including the showcased items

Each Month Bryan will choose a food item to showcase, for instance in Jan. I may showcase Avocados for the Appetizer and Pork for the Entree.

Each team must prepare and cook each course at the store with the equipment the store has to provide, unless given express permission by Bryan

Vino 100 will provide per Team: Pots and Pans, knives, cutting boards, 1 Griddle, 1 stove top, salt, pepper, olive oil, plates and silverware. If you have questions about what tools are availbable, check with Bryan.

The appetizer must be finished by 6:30 and the Entree by 7.

The contestants will provide one Plate for the appetizer and one plate for the Entree. This is what will be judged for presentation. All other food will be plattered for tasting, and will be judged for Taste, use of Showcase item, and uniqueness

scale. 1=Dog Food and 10= Master Chef
The highest possible score is 40 and the team with highest score wins the round. You will be judged on:
